Job Title: E-Commerce Executive (Cosmetics/Personal Care)
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Generation**:
- Drive B2B and B2C sales on various marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
**2. Advertising Campaigns**:
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Utilize both paid and unpaid promotions to enhance product visibility and increase sales.
**3. Pricing Strategy**:
- Demonstrate knowledge of pricing dynamics for marketplace competitiveness.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust product pricing to align with market trends and maintain competitiveness.
**4. Reviews and Ratings Optimization**:
- Implement strategies to enhance and optimize product reviews and ratings on marketplaces.
- Address customer feedback and ensure a positive online reputation for the brand.
**5. Sales Performance Analysis**:
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of sales performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**6. Category Expertise**:
- Preferably from the Cosmetics/Personal Care category.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
**7. E-Commerce Operations Management**:
- Oversee daily operations and P&L of all e-commerce channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective order fulfillment, inventory management, and financial transactions.
**8. Product Listing and Optimization**:
- Responsible for listing new products on various marketplaces.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate and optimized product listings.
**9. Content Creation**:
- Prepare and upload A+ content with infographics and SEO-rich descriptions.
- Modify existing product listings to improve visibility and sales.
**10. Paid Advertisements**:
- Run paid advertisements/sponsored ads on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Monitor and analyze the ROI of advertising campaigns.
**11. Client Liaison**:
- Act as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, and implementing action plans for monthly growth.
- Foster positive client relationships and address any concerns promptly.
**12. Reporting**:
- Prepare and maintain product catalogs.
- Generate monthly reports with in-depth analysis of platform progress.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in e-commerce with a specialization in marketing.
- Proven experience in managing **cosmetics/personal care** products on major marketplaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
**Salary**: ₹258,000.00 - ₹345,000.00 per year
