Role Overview

Seeking a Corporate Relations Analyst/Associate with 2-4 years of proven experience in placements to join our dynamic EdTech team in Hyderabad. This role blends external partnership development with internal stakeholder management, focusing exclusively on placements. The position offers an accelerated career path to Manager, anchored by clear performance benchmarks and mentorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with corporate and industry partners for placement opportunities.
  • Manage campus recruitment drives, employer outreach events, and placement-related activities onsite.
  • Analyze market trends and hiring data to align our placement strategy with employer needs.
  • Maintain detailed placement metrics and reporting, using CRM tools and data platforms.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize placement outcomes.
  • Actively contribute to business development efforts related to employability and corporate engagement.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2-4 years of proven experience focused on placements, university relations, or similar roles in EdTech or education sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM, Excel, LinkedIn, and other digital tools for professional networking.
  • Outcome-focused, proactive attitude with excellent execution skills.
