- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion applications.- Configure, develop, and customize EPM modules including but not limited to Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Close.- Perform business requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and system configuration.- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Oracle EPM best practices.- Collaborate with technical teams on data integration and automation using EPM Integration Agent or Data Management tools.- Work directly with clients to deliver solutions, provide support, and ensure successful adoption.- Assist in pre-sales activities – RFP responses, solution demos, client presentations, and proposal creation.- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.Required Skills & Experience:- 8-14 years of experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion Suite.- Hands-on experience with 2–3 full-cycle implementations.- Strong functional understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.- Experience configuring and customizing modules like Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, or PBCS.- Technical skills in Smart View, Calculation Manager, Data Management, and Business Rules.- Solid understanding of financial consolidation, chart of accounts, and GL integrations.- Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
