Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and addressing any issues.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from onboarding new clients to nurturing and renewing contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure project deadlines, performance metrics, and contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on performance, insights, and recommendations for further success.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong background in B2B sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and account management tools.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and client management best practices.
