Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Type : : 6 - 12 yearsAbout the Role : We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated DevNet Engineer to join our team. This role requires a professional who is passionate about network automation, programmability, and infrastructure as code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills with Ansible and Terraform, combined with proven experience in Cisco ACI or equivalent Cisco DevNet-certified expertise.As a DevNet Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing automation workflows that enable modern, scalable, and reliable network infrastructure deployments. You will be responsible for building automated solutions that streamline provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of enterprise-scale networks. This position will also involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including network engineering, cloud, and DevOps, to deliver automation-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of networking, software development, and DevOps practices, and who are eager to apply Cisco DevNet methodologies in real-world environments.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Ansible and Terraform.- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning, configuration management, and lifecycle operations.- Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco ACI fabric environments or equivalent SDN solutions.- Apply Cisco DevNet programmability skills to integrate APIs, scripts, and tools into enterprise environments.- Automate repetitive network operations tasks, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.- Integrate infrastructure automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery of network services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, DevOps, and security) to deliver robust infrastructure solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, APIs, and network infrastructure.- Stay updated on Cisco DevNet best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies in SDN and Skills & Experience : - Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, modules) and Terraform (providers, modules, workspaces).- Cisco DevNet Certification (Associate / Professional / Expert) OR equivalent practical experience in network programmability and APIs.- Practical knowledge of Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) or similar software-defined networking (SDN) platforms.- Strong foundation in networking fundamentals, including VLANs, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, switching, routing, and firewalls.- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, or similar scripting/programming languages for automation.- Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaborative development.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).- 6+ years of experience in network automation, DevNet-based engineering, or infrastructure automation roles.Why Join Us ?This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in network automation and DevNet engineering.
