You’ll be learning how a startup grows from the inside out — touching multiple fronts…all at once.What You’ll Be DoingIdentify and engage with high-potential leads across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, communities, etc.). Qualify leads through smart, personalized conversations. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion. Track, analyze, and optimize lead pipelines Experiment with creative outreach ideas to capture attention and drive engagement. Share insights with leadership to shape our go-to-market and growth strategy.Why This Role MattersYou’ll help build the foundation of sharpely’s growth engine. A curious, analytical mindset — you love figuring out what makes people tick. A self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done. Basic understanding of finance, investing, or SaaS is a plus (not mandatory).
