Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our digital marketing team, with a strong emphasis on client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing projects while fostering strong relationships with clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure project success, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive impactful marketing outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for various digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Oversee the execution of campaigns, coordinating resources and managing team members to meet project deliverables.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, including marketers, designers, and analysts, to achieve project goals.

Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and ensuring effective communication.

Client Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure their expectations are met.

Campaign Management:

Lead the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients for optimization.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client specifications and brand guidelines.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments throughout the project to identify and address any potential risks.

Budget Management:

Track project expenses, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints and providing financial reports to both clients and management.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to inform project strategies and client recommendations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing with a focus on client engagement.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional client service.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
