Visa Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who has hands-on experience in handling student visa applications for European countries such as Germany, Finland, France, Cyprus, etc. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to working with VFS processes, embassy documentation, and university application procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end student visa filing process for European countries, including Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Cyprus, and others.
• Review and verify all visa-related documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
• Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding the necessary documentation and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
• Fill out university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet the specific criteria.
• Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
• Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and organisation in all administrative processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with specific expertise in European visa applications.
• Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc.
• Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
