  • Collaborates with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
  • Maintains accurate incident logs and generates reports for analysis and improvement.
  • Develops preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.

Agile Project Coordination

  • Facilitates Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Counsels teams on Agile/Scrum principles and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensures team productivity by removing impediments.
  • Tracks sprint progress, velocity, and backlog health.
  • Collaborates with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).
