We are looking for a Legal Executive/ Sr. Legal Executive – Legal for our funded Prop-Tech firm based in Noida, to manage legal affairs related to customers at the time of registration of conveyance deed including all aspects, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, collections, and resolution of customer issues during registration of conveyance deed process.


Role & responsibilities

  • Assisting buyers and sellers during the registry process in relation with any issue or ambiguity arises between the parties.
  • Monitor the grievances and escalations received from parties.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and satisfactory solutions are provided to each of these queries.
  • Legal assistance to the clients as and when needed during the registry process.
  • Collecting the payment of AMF from the buyers immediately upon completion of registration process.


Preferred candidate profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in law with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in Legal Department, particularly in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
