Overview :

The Senior React.js Developer plays a crucial role in creating advanced web applications that enhance user experience and engage users effectively.

This position involves working with a dynamic team responsible for building fast, responsive, and scalable web applications using React.js.

The Senior Developer will contribute to both the architecture and development processes while embracing best practices in coding and design.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior developers, collaborate on projects, and ensure that the software meets the highest quality standards. You will have the opportunity to influence the technological direction of products, implementing innovative solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement responsive web applications using React.js.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the product's interface.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across multiple devices and browsers.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration.

- Implement state management using Redux or similar libraries.

- Write clean, well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.

- Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.

- Stay updated on new trends and technologies in front-end development.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for the development process.

- Contribute to the architectural design and decision-making.

- Guide junior developers and contribute to their professional development.

- Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Ensure all applications comply with best practices for security and performance.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

- Experience in state management using Redux or similar technologies.

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Passion for building high-quality software and staying updated with industry trends.
