This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in building scalable, high-performance applications but also enjoys leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.Key responsibilities :- Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack- Architect and implement scalable solutions, ensuring performance and maintainability- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces with React.js- Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the team- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business goals- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and Agile delivery- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalabilityRequired skills & experience :- Extensive hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, Git, and modern frontend frameworks- Strong expertise in Redux, React Hooks, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar- Solid understanding of system design, testing methodologies, and Agile practices- Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and lead technical initiatives (ref:hirist.tech)
