Jewel Industry India Limited, established in 1984, is one of the world's largest jewelry manufacturers.With a focus on innovation and technology, Emerald provides retailers with high-quality jewelry products.The company has 4 production units, 15 exclusive retail JewelOne showrooms, and 100+ distributors in India and overseas.Emerald is committed to continuous improvement and innovation, offering a diverse range of jewelry designs made with various cutting-edge technologies.Role Description:This is a full-time Head of Marketing role located in Coimbatore, India.The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and implementing promotional campaigns for Emerald Jewel Industry India Limited.- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.- Define brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.- Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to capture them.Market Analysis & Insights:- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.- Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies.Campaign Development & Execution:- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels.- Oversee creative development for advertisements, promotional materials, and content marketing.Team Management:- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.LOCATION : Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis, and Campaign Development skills- Creating Campaign Strategies in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus\ (ref:iimjobs.com)
