Job Function: QA Engineer

We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance to join our growing team. If you thrive in ensuring product quality, love working on both functional and automation testing, and want to contribute to building high-quality software solutions, this role is for you

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle of our applications.
  • Design and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test cases.
  • Develop and execute UI and API automation scripts using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product, and Business Analysts) to deliver quality releases.
  • Identify, track, and analyse defects with a focus on root cause and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to automation framework enhancements and best testing practices.
  • Support non-functional testing aspects like performance and usability.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–5 years of QA experience with exposure to both manual and automation testing.
  • 2–3 years of end-to-end testing experience in a professional environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • UI Automation: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.
  • API Testing & Automation: Postman, SoapUI or similar.
  • Build & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, or similar pipelines.
  • Good scripting knowledge in at least one programming language (Java preferred, Python/JavaScript is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of test design, planning, and execution.
  • Basic understanding of non-functional testing (e.g., using JMeter).

Good to Have

  • Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to defect management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
