Job Title: Automation Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:

We're seeking an accomplished Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve automation testing efforts to maintain exceptional product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on quality objectives.
  • Identify and address edge cases early in the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with automation engineers to enhance CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage.
  • Proactively identify quality risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead root cause analyses of production issues and drive systemic improvements.
  • Present key quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Foster continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release retrospectives.
  • Embed a strong customer-centric quality mindset within engineering.
  • Promote self-learning within the QA team and stay current with modern QA tools and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in automation (80-90% of work).
  • Strong experience with Selenium/Playwright.
  • Proficient in Python/Java.
  • Jenkins or other CI/CD expertise.
  • Experience in API Automation.
