About UsGenix Entertainment is a Jaipur-based digital marketing agency that helps Indian brands grow through data-driven strategies, engaging content, and impactful ad campaigns.We collaborate with clients from entertainment, e-commerce, healthcare, and travel industries to deliver measurable and sustainable results.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Senior Google & Meta Ads Expert to lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate is analytical, result-oriented, and experienced in scaling ad performance across both Google and Meta platforms.Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). - Conduct detailed audience and keyword research to refine targeting and improve reach. - Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance performance. - Monitor budgets, ROI, and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). - Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals and messaging alignment. - Analyze data to identify optimization and scaling opportunities. - Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and new ad features. - Provide clear reports and actionable insights to internal teams or clients.Requirement- Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. - Strong understanding of key performance metrics — ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and funnel strategies. - Experience managing high-budget campaigns across multiple industries. - Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.What You'll Gain- Deep understanding of full-funnel ad strategies across Google and Meta. - Expertise in creative testing, budget optimization, and scaling performance. - Experience working on real, growth-focused campaigns that impact business outcomes. - Collaborative work culture with continuous learning and innovation.Why Join Us?At Genix Entertainment, we value creativity, innovation, and measurable performance.If you’re passionate about driving results through digital advertising and want to work on impactful campaigns — we’d love to hear from you.
