The primary responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing Meta and Google ad campaigns to drive measurable results. The role requires analyzing campaign performance, providing detailed reports, developing ad strategies, and ensuring that advertising objectives align with business goals. Collaboration with clients and internal teams for strategy development and execution will also be key to the role.NEW SENSE has Fashion, Hospitality, Lifestyle clients. So, expertise in that domain would be weighted higher.Qualifications Strong skills in Marketing, Advertising, and familiarity with digital ad platforms like Meta and Google. Proficient in Communication and Sales to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams, as well as to craft compelling ad messaging. Experience in Project Management to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns. Ability to analyze and interpret data to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in managing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms is highly desirable. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
