Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple, concurrent projects within the logistics and supply chain management domain.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and leadership in .NET development, architecture, and best practices.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

- Stay current with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends, and incorporate this knowledge into project planning and execution.

Team Leadership :

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, business analysts, and other project team members.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Ensure clear and effective communication of project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Logistics & Supply Chain Expertise :

- Apply deep domain knowledge of logistics and supply chain management to design and implement innovative solutions that address industry-specific challenges.

- Optimize supply chain processes through the integration of technology solutions, improving efficiency and reducing costs.

- Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the project scope.

- Conduct regular project reviews and post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

- 14+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in the logistics and supply chain management sector.

- Hands-on experience with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes and best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
