Must be very strong in data analytics/MIS and plan work as per proper insights.Should have a work exposure in following Districts in Western Uttar Pradesh:Agra , Aligarh , Amroha , Badaun , Baghpat , Bareilly , Bijnor , Bulandshahr , Etah , Firozabad , Gautam Buddha Nagar , Ghaziabad , Hapur , Hathras , Kasganj , Mainpuri , Mathura , Meerut , Moradabad , Muzaffarnagar , Pilibhit , Rampur , Saharanpur , Sambhal , Shahjahanpur , ShamliQualification : Graduation; MBA (Marketing) preferably.Responsibilities :-Ensure to achieve monthly & yearly sales targets of Western UP region and enhance the market shareIdentifying new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments to expand business & generate incomeDevelopment of network of Dealers & Distributors, with a long-term visionEvaluating, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales.Create Customer Loyalty, Dealer & Distributor Loyalty programme as per Market scenario.Monitor Sales through digital tools (CRM)/Paperless environment.Ensure availability in all blocks in a district and strong secondary sales activities.Overview Branding work and proper BTL/ATL activities in the Zone.Arranging Mason/Engineer’s Meet /Influencer Meet as per calendar and proper distribution of Gifts to all the influencers.Create Strategy for converting prospective dealer /in active dealers to active dealers as well mapping competitors channel partners for conversion and association with the company.Skills :-Proficient in techno-commercial segment, Product & Sales Knowledge, Analytical Skills,Effective Business Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Management & Resolution, Improvement Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, Coaching and Mentoring skills, Skilled in Sales Tracking Software.Candidates who are interested and having an experience as mentioned above only, shall mail updated resume at saswati.sen@ shyamsteel.com OR call at 7605006135
