The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM Pro, hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM deployments, and a proven track record in ServiceNow integrations. This role requires a proactive professional who can design, develop, and optimise ServiceNow solutions to support critical business processes and IT operations.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices. - Configure and customise ITSM Pro modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. - Lead and support CMDB and CSDM deployments, ensuring accurate data modelling and service mapping. - Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure adherence to development standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow functionality and performance issues. - Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customisations, and integrations. - Stay current with ServiceNow releases, recommending and implementing platform enhancements.Required Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and administration. - Strong expertise in ITSM Pro and its advanced features. - Proven experience with CMDB and CSDM implementation and optimisation. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.
