Assistant Manager

The incumbent will be part of Central Finance team and support on accounting of the Netherland

Subsidiary & Germany branch You will be responsible for Accounts payables, General Ledger (GL) review, Capitalization, Projects review for international markets accounting. You will work with cross functional teams of Sales, Services,Spares and After Sales.


Responsibilities


  • Review of Trial Balance on monthly basis and ensuring check of long aged items, control accounts
  • and expenses
  • ● Ensure proper governance of processes and support Internal Control/Compliance framework.
  • ● Keep track of inventory aging (Bikes and Non Bikes) and work on actions around the same in
  • terms of proposals to clear inventory, financials provisioning.
  • ● Accounts payable review - Aging, Vendor reconciliation, Query handling
  • ● Preparation of MIS
  • ● Closure of subsidiaries books by first working day
  • ● Preparation of audit schedules for quarterly and year end audit
  • ● Providing necessary details and supporting documents for internal audit
  • ● Assisting other team members for booking of payables in other subsidiaries as and when required
  • ● Capitalization and review of Capital Work in Progress line items.
  • ● GL review for all subsidiary company codes
  • ● Understand the SAP accounting process and automate to reduce man hours
  • ● Identify potential areas of control weakness and fix the gaps through SAP controls
  • ● Identify existing accounting process which are done manually and migrate the same to automated
  • accounting in SAP
  • ● Generate various dashboard through which jobs are tracked to ensure compliance with

turnaround time (TAT)


Qualifications


● CA/ICWA

● 2+ years relevant experience in a relevant role

● Experience in SAP modules

● Experience in automobile
