The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with the ability to deliver high-quality scalable solutions. This role requires hands-on development skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. - Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. - Work with QA teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of solutions. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. - Proven experience with CURSE (Customization, Upgrade, Reporting, Support, Enhancement) - Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, frameworks, and practical applications.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred). - 5–8 years of proven experience in Salesforce development. - Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party applications. - Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices. - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or related are preferred. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. - Must be based in Nagpur or ready to relocate to Nagpur.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on challenging Salesforce projects with global clients. - Flexible and collaborative work culture. - Competitive compensation.
