Develop advanced Omnistudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to automate and streamline business processes. Proven experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Omnistudio (minimum of 5 years). Expertise in developing and configuring Omnistudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative Salesforce tools.
