Its diverse team of over 11,700 customer-centric thinkers, collaborators, and co-creators across 20 global locations, is passionate about helping clients succeed through intelligent automation-led outcomes.Designation : Engineer - (Network Technical Support - Helpdesk)Job Location : ChennaiShift : Night shiftJob Responsibilities:- Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Network Devices. - Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer - Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates. - Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service - Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.Technical skills:- Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure - Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want - Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy - Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies - Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for upgradation in knowledge. - Ability to sell/UpsellSoft Skills:- Should possess good English verbal skills - Excellent logical reasoningComputer Proficiency:- Basics understanding of Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet and Networking fundamentalsDiversity, Equality & Inclusion:- Movate is an equal opportunity employer.
