Description :Experience : 7-14 yearsPositions : 3Work Mode : RemoteLocation : Hyderabad / BangaloreWork Model : Work From Office (100% Onsite)About the Role :We are looking for experienced professionals who can design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IIQ/ISC (Identity Security Cloud) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, development, testing, and production deployment while mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IIQ/ISC solutions- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and test case creation- Perform development, unit testing, integration testing & troubleshooting- Support UAT and manage end-to-end deployment & post-production hypercare- Conduct knowledge transfer and ensure smooth handover- Contribute to proposals, effort estimation, and internal training- Implement security best practices across the IAM lifecycle- Guide and mentor junior team membersRequired Skills & Qualifications :- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts- 23+ years hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow (IIQ/IDN)- 510+ years in IAM implementation using any IDM tool- Experience with IIQ 7.2+ or IdentityNow features :Application onboarding (native connectors & API-based)Connector, Aggregation & Provisioning RulesLifecycle events & requestsCustom tasks & reportsRoles, SoD policies & certificationsServiceNow integration- Strong Java programming skills- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, SaaS apps- Good understanding of OOP & Agile methodology- Ability to lead workstreams and client interactions- Excellent communication skillsGood to Have :- SailPoint IIQ/IDN certifications- Java certification- PowerShell scripting skillsEducation : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience (ref:hirist.tech)
