SailPoint IIQ Engineer

Location: Bengaluru Experience- 6+ Years IIQ - Permission Management App Developer Job Requirements This position would ideally be suited for someone with expertise in SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, HRIS (like Workday or Oracle HCM), and access governance. Technical Skills Requirements: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ): Strong proficiency in SailPoint IIQ configuration, customization, and implementation. Experience in creating and managing SailPoint workflows, rules, tasks, and reports. Ability to design, develop, and deploy SailPoint connectors for various applications and systems. Hands-on experience in building and customizing IdentityIQ certification campaigns, roles, and policies. Knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture, object model, and database schema. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD structure and user provisioning. Experience with managing permissions, roles, and groups within AD. Proficiency in integrating SailPoint with AD to synchronize access and permissions. Understanding of how HRIS systems work and how employee data feeds into identity governance. Experience in integrating HRIS data with SailPoint for onboarding, offboarding, and employee updates. Familiarity with APIs and data feeds from HRIS for identity data synchronization. Expertise in managing permissions across various applications and systems within an enterprise. Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least-privilege principles. Experience with setting up, configuring, and maintaining user access reviews and certifications. Strong understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA) principles and best practices. Ability to enforce compliance requirements and mitigate security risks through effective governance controls. Knowledge in managing periodic and event-driven access reviews. Experience in creating and maintaining user access review processes and workflows. Ability to define and implement access review rules and policies in SailPoint IIQ. Proficiency in SQL for querying data and analyzing identity and access information. Experience with scripting languages like Java, JavaScript, or BeanShell to create custom workflows in IIQ. Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs for integration with HRIS, AD, and other applications. Experience in developing and consuming web services for identity data management. Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
