Main Responsibilities:

IT Infra Architecture & Project Management

• Understanding and developing the whole Data center enterprise architecture

• Responsible for complete Manufacturing IT Infra Setup (Both OT & IT Infra)

• Must be able to manage large and complex projects and complete program

management of team

• Responsible for working with different partners/vendors to suggest best cost effective

and business efficient technology to maintain scalability and performance

• Continuously work to improve infrastructure architecture and integration of various

elements to keep environment relevant to market trends and business needs.

• Build partnerships with Data Center Infra and Cloud Solution providers

• Recognize the emerging technology trends and ensure Data Center / Cloud Infra are

implemented to secure the ever-changing landscape

• To stay current with technological developments happening in Industry and Responsible

for complete IT Infra Life cycle Management, New Technology Acquisition or Technology

Refresh as per Industry latest Standards

• Responsible for IT Policies and Procedure creation, review and update as per latest

standards

IT Operations & Support

• Manages day to day IT operations of Datacenter Infra with a structure, process-oriented

approach

• Responsible for Operations of complete Manufacturing IT Infra Setup (Both OT & IT Infra)

with industry standards availability

• Manage MES and Industry 4.0 Infrastructure Production environments

• Responsible for all Infra domains such as Server, storage, backup, Virtualization, Linux,

Cloud Infra, Windows Server, Network, 0365, End User Assets & Support, Security

Hardware & tool, Connectivity, Video Conferencing etc.

• Continuously monitor and implement service improvement initiatives (Automate routine

tasks, process improvements etc)

• Ensure ITIL standards and process are implemented and followed

• Maintain IT Infrastructure components at very high reliability, availability and fault

tolerance

• Proactive system performance monitoring and capacity planning

• Responsible of Implementing incident, problem and change management process and

support the service on day-to-day basis as per defined SLAs. Ensure Root cause

Analysis and permanent fix for problems.

• MIS reporting of IT operations, IT support and IT Infra.

• Responsible for complete Vendor Management & Manage 3rd party vendors in areas

(Procurement, Contract, billing, compliance, support, SLA etc)

• Responsible for complete IT Budget Planning and Management

• Responsible for complete IT operations, Uptime & High Availability

• IT operations & Governance structure for all Infra Areas

• Responsible for complete Business Continuity plan and Disaster Recovery

Responsibilities

IT Security Operations and Governance:

Manage Major Security incidents, issues or problems

• IT Infrastructure stability and effective cybersecurity management using proactive

monitoring mechanism

• Support the Internal IT Teams in ensuring identified Security control gaps are

understood

and remediated

• Understand key cybersecurity considerations in relation to the Applications and Infra

platforms, including Cyber Security Risks & Controls

• Perform Security Risk Assessment on IT Infrastructure, Application, Cloud and New

Requirements

• Prepare Security Risk Dashboard & Publish to Stake holders, Track Risk Remediation &

Ensure Remediation

• Ensure participation in Management forum and provide update on security posture of

the organization

IT Audit & Compliance

• Ensure Internal/External Audits are carried out as per Schedule and Coordinate with

respective stake holders during Audit

• Collect, Review and submit the evidence from teams to audit within Agreed timelines

and followup post audit remediation and closures

DESIRED PROFILE

Education - BE/MCA in computer Science or Information Science;

Experience: 6 - 12 Years of relevant experience in IT Infra domain Role.

• Subject Matter expert on various areas of IT Infrastructure & Security - Server, Storage,

Backup, Windows Server, Virtualization, Active Directory, Database, Linux

environments, 0365, SharePoint and Public cloud (Azure / AWS), Network, End User

Setup, Central Service Desk, End Point Protection/EDR, NGFW, DLP, VAPT, SOC, OT

Security, Encryption etc

• Certification in VMware, Windows, Linux, CCNA, CCNP, Backup tools, ITIL etc

• Certified AWS/Azure Architect and has experience in implementing and managing Cloud
