Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, review and execute data centre activities including cabling, new rack installation and hardware setup.
  • Ensure all data centre operations comply with organisational standards and safety protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Data Centre Configuration Management Database (CMDB) accurately and ensuring it is accessible at a central location. They will also coordinate with vendors and internal teams to schedule maintenance and installations with minimal downtime.

A key aspect of this role is to monitor data centre infrastructure to optimise performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will be able to document all changes and activities related to the data centre environment effectively.
