Role Description & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role in Connaught Place, New Delhi for a Reservations Ticketing Agent.

The Reservations Ticketing Agent will provide excellent customer service, manage reservations and sales of International domestic air tickets and provide clients with necessary travel & and tourism information.


# Minimum 5 years experience as an Air ticketing Reservation agent is compulsory.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in managing reservations in the travel arrangement industry
  • Min. 5 years experience in Issuing tickets, re-issuing and refunding them in GDS such as Galileo and Amadeus.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in handling corporate travel arrangements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution System) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language is preferred
