We procure high-quality, competitively priced produce directly from farmers and ensure timely delivery to retailers' doorsteps. The last-mile distribution is efficiently managed through our Distributor Partners, who operate from strategically located Micro Distribution Centres (MDCs). As a key member of our team, you’ll own the business volumes and profit margins of assigned categories. This role demands a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to curate the right assortment, optimize availability, and margins while crafting compelling value propositions. If you're driven by market understanding, customer experience, demand planning, pricing strategy and P&L optimization, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesManage existing categories and their SKU assortments as per territory level requirementsPeriodical demand planning (Daily, weekly & monthly) in collaboration with sales & procurement team to achieve the business objectivesOwn the category P&L metrics (Margins & dump management) and customer metrics (Volumes, Customer x Category metrics, Fulfilment & Returns)Planning and executing customer campaigns, offers and customer engagement Mentor & develop a high performing team to successfully deliver business goalsA Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious.
