We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations, quality assurance and procedures. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the company, maintaining control of diverse business operations, and securing the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the overall strategy of Sandhar.

·        Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

·        Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).

·        Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication by establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.

·        Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

·        Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

·        Work with the CEO and other executives to ensure that the company’s fiscal plans align with its growth strategies.

·        Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

·        Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).

·        Manage relationships with partners/vendors and stakeholders.

·        Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

·        Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.

·        Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

 

 

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience as Deputy Chief Operating Officer or a similar relevant role, preferably in the automotive (including OEM) or manufacturing industry.

·        Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.

·        Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.

·        Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

·        Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.

·        Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

 

20 + Years (Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, ideally within a similar industry.)

 

 

Qualifications

B Tech (Mechanical) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
