Experience: 10+ YearsExpertise: Slot/Casino GamesLocation: NoidaWork Mode: Onsite, 5 days a weekThe ideal candidate should have a deep passion for mobile games and an impressive portfolio demonstrating the ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Define and drive the creative vision for mobile slot games, ensuring alignment with business objectives, player engagement, and market trends.- Establish a clear product identity and differentiate titles within a highly competitive landscape.- Lead brainstorming and concept development for new slot mechanics, features, and themes.- Ensure game design balances innovation with proven mechanics that maximize engagement, retention, and monetization.- Leverage market research, player insights, and data analytics to refine game concepts and live ops strategies.- Ensure slot themes and features resonate with target audiences globally.- Guiding other designers to help them reach their full potential and achieve outstanding results in creating game experiences.- Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver high-quality work within the given constraints.- Analysing and interpreting feedback from external groups, identifying underlying motivations, and driving solutions to address problems and capitalize on opportunities.- Taking a comprehensive approach to quality and delivery to ensure that our gaming experiences and executions are of the highest standard.- Collaborating closely with an in-house team of 2D and 3D artists, designers, illustrators, and animators to develop creative materials from concept to final artwork.- Working with the marketing team to create top-quality marketing assets.- Providing guidance to team artists to ensure timely delivery and achievement of quality targets.- Proactively reporting to project leadership and closely collaborating with other stakeholders to identify project risks, team requirements, and provide advice on best practices.- Leading and facilitating discussions within the art team and technical team for art reviews and technical discussions.- Creating an inclusive environment and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent, in Fine/ Applied/ Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.- Over 5 years of experience leading medium to large design teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality experiences.- Proven track record in slot games (social, real-money, or mobile free-to-play).- Deep knowledge of slot mechanics, player progression, and monetization strategies.- Technical expertise in either 2D or 3D graphics. For 2D skills, expertise and professional working experience in Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to create visually appealing graphical elements. - Experience with particle effects and knowledge of After Effects software.- Ability to conceptualize ideas, produce animations, storyboards, and mock-ups as needed, with the ability to iterate quickly.- A well-developed sense of colour and composition is crucial.- Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to other designers.- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and ability to communicate effectively with overseas partners.- Keen attention to detail.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.- Strong prioritization and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.- A portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of 2D/3D game art asset creation, character and environment design.
