We are a design and build firm specializing in commercial interiors. We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our team, someone who can contribute creatively and also mentor and oversee junior designers in both 2D and 3D works.



Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for interior and build projects.

- Prepare detailed drawings, presentations and 3D visualizations.

- Guide and review work of junior designers in 2D drawings and 3D models, ensuring accuracy and design quality.

- Coordinate with consultants, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related challenges during construction.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.



Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.

- 3–4 years of experience in architecture or interior projects.

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, basic knowledge of Sketchup and Photoshop. 

- Good understanding of materials, finishes and construction techniques.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and oversee junior designers.

- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
