Together, we deliver high-end residential and hotel projects across London, focusing on exceptional design quality, technical precision, and seamless BIM workflows.We’re an ambitious, design-led team operating at the cutting edge of architecture, BIM, and digital design — and we’re growing our India-based team to meet exciting new project demands.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience, strong design and technical ability, and exceptional proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.The role is fully remote (work from home) within India and offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with our London team on prestigious architectural projects, from early design through detailed technical stages (RIBA 3–5).This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, talented, and fast-growing team where your contribution will be valued, your skills challenged, and your career developed in an international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver high-quality Revit models and detailed technical drawings for residential and hotel projects in London.Work collaboratively with the UK team to coordinate information across disciplines using BIM standards and workflows.Translate design intent into precise, buildable technical information.Manage and update project documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).Participate in design reviews, technical coordination meetings, and model audits.Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and project-specific standards.Contribute proactively to continuous improvement in design quality and digital processes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognised architecture school.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural practice.Exceptional Revit skills (mandatory) — must be able to model, annotate, and manage complex BIM projects independently.Strong understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and model management.Excellent understanding of construction detailing and technical drawing packages.Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.Reliable work ethic, self-motivated, and comfortable working to tight deadlines remotely.DesirableExperience with London or UK-based projects.Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, RIBA stages, and BS1192/BIM Level 2 standards.Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud, Photoshop, In Design, Bluebeam, Lumion, or similar tools.What We OfferOpportunity to work on prestigious London architectural projects.Supportive, international, design-focused team environment.Professional growth through exposure to high-level design and BIM processes.Long-term career prospects with a growing, well-structured company.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV, portfolio (PDF or online link), and a brief cover letter outlining:Your availability (notice period or start date).Your expected salary (INR per month).Applications without these details will not be considered.Shorten Studio Private LimitedExciting new architecture and BIM studio based in India, delivering London-quality design and technical excellence.www.shorten.co
