About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and engagement through paid marketing channels, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), , and other digital channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create impactful ad assets and landing pages.
  • Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and ad spend to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and ad platforms.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar.
  • Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
