Job Role: Sr Manager – Operations R2R Experience: 10 to 12 years ResponsibilitiesWork on the entire month/quarter and year Close process ( Fixed assets, Balance sheet positions, final reconciliations, schedules, translations), equity and other entries and reconciliationsReconciling books between all group companiesProviding ERP data extracts in defined formats to auditors. Supporting with auditor query resolutionManage the entire consolidation and IFRS translation work. Support with notes to accounts and management reportSupporting the Audit for current and previous years Preparation of the consolidated financial statementsCompilation of the consolidated financial statementsConsolidated statement of financial positionConsolidated statement of comprehensive incomeConsolidated statement of cash flowsConsolidated statement of changes in equityNotes to the consolidated financial statements on the basis of the trial balancesPreparation of necessary IFRS adjustments on the basis of information providedProvide selective support in cases of doubt or for comments on the net assets, financial position and results of operationsIFRS translation and Consolidation of financial statements into GroupExperienceOverall 10-12 years’ experienceMandatory experience inMonth, Quarter & Year close activitiesQuarterly & Yearly Consolidation processIFRS translationPreferred experience in EU regionExcellent communication skills – verbal & writtenHands on experience in working with ERP systemsGood knowledge of MS OfficeIf interested share your CV at arshita.shetty@ipsgroup.co.in
