Overview:SapidBlue is a fast-growing AI-First technology consulting and product engineering company helping enterprises across the US, EU, India and the Middle East adopt AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Blockchain and modern digital solutions.We support clients from concept architecture MVP build scale & manage.With a growing engineering team and a strong consulting mindset, SapidBlue has delivered solutions in sectors like fintech, iGaming, healthcare, cybersecurity and other emerging fields.We are now expanding our Presales & Solutioning Leadership as a core pillar to scale the business.Job Summary:The role will be responsible for driving business growth by leading the design and articulation of product engineering and cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and comprehensive digital transformation solutions to enterprise and SMB clients.This leader will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution, acting as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders and guiding clients through their Product Engineering Build, Scale and Transform with AI First Approach.Key Responsibilities:- Solution Design & Architecture: Drive the solutioning process from opportunity identification to proposal development.- Collaborate with technology teams to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions and architectures with AI First Approach.- Client Engagement & Value Articulation: Act as an technology and multi-industry subject matter expert in client meetings and workshops.- Translate complex technical concepts and business requirements into compelling, tailored solutions with clear ROI and value articulation for stakeholders.- Presales Strategy & Leadership: Act as a core of the high-performing presales team, ensuring alignment of presales strategies with overall business objectives and sales goals.- Proposal & Commercial Development: Oversee the creation of customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, business cases, and proof-of-concept (PoC) plans.- Sales Collaboration & Deal Closure: Partner closely with sales and delivery teams to qualify new business opportunities, provide technical expertise, and drive deals to closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery phase.- Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of technology and AI market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies (e.- Contribute to thought leadership efforts, such as insights, blogs, and presentations, to differentiate the company's value proposition.- Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Develop training, playbooks, and case studies for the broader sales and delivery teams to enhance organizational capabilities in new technology areas.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 2-5 years in presales, consulting, or solution architecture, including proven experience in a leadership role.- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of developing scalable digital products, AI and Blockchain Use Cases, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data ecosystems.- Product / Industry / Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of multiple industries and domains.- Ability to quickly contextualize earlier experiences for the Client and craft faster solutions with Product thinking.- Communication: Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client challenges and designing innovative solutions.
