We are looking for an experienced L3 Wintel Administrator to manage and support enterprise-level Windows server environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Windows Server administration, virtualization technologies, Active Directory, and system performance tuning.

This role involves advanced troubleshooting, handling escalations, implementing upgrades, and ensuring the stability, security, and availability of the Windows infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).

- Perform L3 support for complex incidents and provide resolution for escalated issues.

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and File/Print Services.

- Oversee Windows Cluster management, Failover, and High Availability solutions.

- Maintain and optimize VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments.

- Perform patch management, OS upgrades, and server hardening.

- Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects and migrations.

- Implement backup, recovery, and security best practices for Windows servers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience as a Windows Server / Wintel Administrator.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019/2022) administration.

- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.

- Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, or Hyper-V virtualization.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and server management.

- Hands-on experience with patch management, security hardening, and clustering.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for L3-level escalations.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure / AWS Windows workloads and hybrid cloud environments.

- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools like Veeam, Commvault, or similar.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

- Exposure to monitoring tools like SCOM, SolarWinds, or Nagios
