Key responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Achievement: o Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets in international markets as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). o Prioritize the promotion and sale of our products within India and other targeted regions. 2. Client Communication and Product Information: o Provide detailed information about our products to clients. o Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and compliance with international quality standards. o Address client inquiries promptly and professionally. 3. Sales Booking and Database Management: o Close sales deals with international clients. o Maintain a comprehensive database of sales-related information for international transactions. o Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up. 4. Lead Collation and Follow-Up: o Regularly collate and track international leads from various sources (trade shows, referrals, online platforms, etc.). o Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and preferences of different international markets. o Proactively follow up with potential clients to nurture leads. 5. Driving New International Sales: o Implement loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and corporate sales channels to drive new business. o Adapt sales strategies based on the dynamics of each international market and customer behaviour. Who are we looking for? MBA In Marketing 1 to 4 years experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. International sales experience preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
