Communications Executive

As a Executive/Sr. Executive - Communications, you will be part of our Communications team, where you will coordinate with multiple departments/teams and devise and execute marketing and communication strategies that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear and concise copy for Retention, Acquisition, and Product user journeys.
  • Convey the necessary information as concisely and creatively as possible, be it SMSes, push notifications, UX copy, or emails.
  • Track and monitor functional KPIs to create monthly reports of the communication channels you own.
  • Derive insights from data and use it to improve copy for better performance.
  • Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Help the team with communication strategy and create content for GTMs, daily engagement calendar and digital ads.
  • Understand the basics of user education and draft feature explainer pages, infographics, and videos for various features.
  • Learn the basics of marketing automation and handle basic campaigns with the provided tools.
  • Conduct thorough competitor research and analysis to come up with clear, actionable insights monthly.
  • Understand the market trends, suggest and execute A/B tests on various channels, and perform impact analysis.

Requirements

  • Should have 1+ years of experience in brand, marketing, and communications with an MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Should be a good communicator, fast learner, self-motivated, and highly organized with the ability to work swiftly across different projects.
  • Basic knowledge of g-suite tools is a big plus.
  • Interest and knowledge of fantasy sports is a big plus.
