Objective:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and event activations. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and scaling our presence in the branded content and IP ecosystem. If you excel at building relationships, closing high-value deals, and crafting innovative brand experiences, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and close brand partnership deals across diverse sectors such as FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, tech, and more.
- Develop and execute custom integrated campaigns leveraging influencers, artists, events, and branded IPs.
- Utilize an established network of brands, media agencies, and decision-makers to generate strategic opportunities.
- Drive multi-channel revenue growth across ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer marketing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to build impactful proposals, presentations, case studies, and campaign models.
- Actively network on LinkedIn and industry platforms to maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
- Ensure seamless campaign execution, tracking, and reporting, maintaining a solution-driven, client-first approach.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 4-5 years of proven experience in brand partnerships, business development, or integrated marketing solutions.
- Strong relationships with brands, CMOs, and media agencies.
- Deep understanding of brand-influencer-artist synergy and creative campaign ideation.
- Hands-on experience in brand activations, IP sponsorships, and influencer-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, proposal development, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience in talent management, event IPs, or influencer-led campaigns.
- Connections with D2C brands, startups, and youth-focused companies.
- Ability to thrive in a creative agency environment.
