ResponsibilitiesTake lead across all aspects of the company manufacturing operations and be responsible for meeting manufacturing and deliver your targets Make key decisions that will affect the company's directionBuild a positive and productive culture in the workplaceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experienceMBA would be preferred 15+ years' experience in sheet metal manufacturing with extensive experience in managing shop floor operations Strong leadership, decision making and communication skillsCompensationThe candidate will be compensated at higher than industry standards with a potential to generate wealth through ESOPs in the coming IPO
