Lead Scrum Master

About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 Role: Lead Scrum Master Location: Ahmedabad Team: Lead multiple Agile teams, drive Agile transformation, and deliver strategic business outcomes across domains. Impact: Act as the senior-most Agile leader, guiding multiple scrum teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and delivery excellence. Influence organizational strategy, Agile adoption, and process improvement at scale. Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery leads. Drive cross-team collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure alignment of Agile delivery with business goals and customer value. Oversee delivery pipelines, manage dependencies, and ensure timely rollout of solutions. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and empowerment. Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend innovative solutions. Report on delivery metrics, Agile maturity, and project health to senior leadership. Drive strategic initiatives for Agile transformation and process optimization. Mentor and develop project managers, Scrum Masters, and Agile practitioners. Support change management and organizational agility at scale . What We're Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Business, or related field. Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role. Proven track record in leading Agile teams or programs. Strong communication , facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe , etc.). Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Preferred Qualifications: Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe , PMI-ACP, etc.). Experience mentoring and developing Agile talent. Strategic thinking and ability to influence organizational change. Experience with large-scale Agile transformations. Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
