Roles and Responsibilities

  • The position will work closely with our customers in implementing and supporting Zoho Application (CRM, Helpdesk, People, Recruit, Payroll, Books, Workplace, Creator) for Operations.
  • Work with our customers directly and be responsible for reviewing their business processes, gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and developing solutions to meet their objectives best.
  • Participate in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer's business requirements to configuring and testing the ZOHO application to meet the customers' needs.
  • Responsible for documenting customer requirements, analysis, recommended solutions, solutions agreed upon with the customer, scope, and deviations.
  • Guide junior developers and oversee their work to ensure quality and alignment with business objectives
  • Provide end-user training and support, and create advanced user documentation
