Overview:The Video Creator will own the content strategy and end-to-end execution of all video content for our social and community including conceptualization, scripting, anchoring/hosting, shooting and working with the editor to produce engaging content. This role requires a deep understanding of content creation and a highly creative mindset.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the social media and community teams to conceptualize and execute engaging video content that aligns with brand objectives. - Assist the Social Media Manager in creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. - Attend and cover community events, capturing engaging content such as photos and videos. Create and share real-time event content on social media to engage the audience. - Work with designers and other team members to create cohesive and compelling video narratives. - Monitor video performance metrics and use insights to improve future content. - Propose and develop new content ideas and trends that resonate with the target audience. - Work closely with the marketing team to produce content that aligns with the brand's voice and strategy. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and content strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience of 2-5 years in content creation. - Good photography and videography skills. - Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proven experience as a video creator or similar role.Join our team and be a part of a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued.
