The role requires strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills to design robust data models and provide insights that solve complex business challenges.Key Respnsibilities :- Lead the development and deployment of statistical and machine learning models (clustering, regression, classification).- Build and refine data-driven models to support forecasting, segmentation, and decision-making.- Apply linear programming and optimization techniques to solve business problems across domains.- Work cross-functionally with business, product, and technology teams to understand and address analytical needs.- Ensure scalability and performance of models in production environments.- Mentor and coach junior team members in statistical modeling and optimization.Required Skills & Experience :- 7-8 years of experience in Data Science and Advanced Analytics.- Proven expertise in clustering, regression, and data modeling techniques.- Strong experience in linear programming, mathematical optimization, and operations research methodologies.- Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and optimization libraries/frameworks.- Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently and lead analytical initiatives end-to-end.- Simplify complex analysis for senior stakeholders.
