About the Role

Aimwise Networking is hiring a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital culture, knows what clicks, and isn't afraid to experiment.

In the initial phase, your focus will be on building Aimwise's own social media presence, from strategy to execution. You'll shape how our brand is perceived, discovered, and engaged online.

As the agency grows, you'll expand into client-side management - becoming the key point of contact between clients and our creative team, ensuring smooth communication, translating client needs into actionable creative briefs, and aligning brand vision with execution. You'll also play a vital role as a content strategist, crafting content approaches that resonate uniquely with each brand.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and manage Instagram content calendars (posts, reels, stories) for Aimwise
  • Design content using Canva and build brand-aligned carousel posts
  • Handle basic photo and video editing for reels and stories
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content, real-time moments, and trend-led ideas
  • Develop content buckets and formats for the agency's digital presence
  • Engage with audience (DMs/comments) and build the online community tone
  • Act as the point of contact between clients and the core creative team
  • Collaborate closely with designers, ensuring smooth communication and accurate translation of client feedback
  • Play a key role in content strategy - from ideation to final delivery, for both Aimwise and client accounts
  • Ensure all content reflects each brand's unique communication style and tone
What We're Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media or content creation
  • Proficient in Canva and basic tools for photo/video editing (VN, Capcut, SCRL)
  • Strong eye for design, visual layout, and social-first storytelling
  • Comfortable with Instagram trends, story editing, and effective audio use
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to manage client and team expectations
  • Organized, self-motivated, and trend-conscious
  • Eager to learn, experiment, and grow with a fast-paced creative team
