Job Specifications:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication, and sales operations to support the sales team in achieving targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


•Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing sales documentation.

•Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about products, pricing, and order status.

•Coordinate between sales, marketing, and logistics departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery of products.

•Support the sales team by generating quotes, proposals, and sales presentations as needed.

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.

•Compile and analyse sales data to create regular reports for management, highlighting sales trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.

•Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

•Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

•Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role (1-2 years preferred).

•Strong organizational and time-management skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP software.

•Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
