Description:Job Title: Business Development Lead Finance Domain.Company: SBS Global.Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid / On-site).Experience: 4 - 6 Years.Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA / Finance / Commerce preferred).Role Overview:As a Business Development Lead, youll be the growth engine of SBS Global identifying opportunities, driving client relationships, and shaping business strategy with strong financial insight.Youll merge your understanding of finance with sharp business instincts to expand our market presence and revenue streams.Key Responsibilities:- Drive end-to-end business development and client acquisition initiatives within finance and corporate domains.- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.- Conduct financial and commercial analysis (ROI, pricing, P&L, and profitability assessments).- Collaborate with internal teams Finance, Strategy, and Delivery to design impactful client solutions.- Lead proposal creation, presentations, and deal negotiations with senior stakeholders.- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in finance & outsourcing.- Maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction and retention.- Track performance metrics and contribute insights to strategic decision-making.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).- 4-6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Partnerships.- Strong analytical mindset with a good grasp of financial metrics and modeling.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple business priorities.- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and financial dashboards.Why Join SBS Global:- Exposure to strategic growth projects and international clients.- Fast-paced, high-impact role in a growing finance-driven organization.- Work directly with senior leadership and decision-makers.- Competitive pay + incentives + career progression opportunities.
