Enterprise AI Architect – GenAI Integration with ERP Systems

Location - Bengaluru

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Enterprise AI Architect to design and deliver GenAI-powered solutions integrated into ERP and enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, SCM, MDM).

This role requires real-world experience building production-grade AI systems, not just cloud design or conceptual involvement. You will lead full-stack AI solutioning — from architecture to deployment — across both cloud and hybrid/on-prem environments.

This role is not for candidates with:

  • Only cloud architecture or ERP experience without real GenAI/LLM delivery
  • Exposure limited to PoCs, no-code AI tools, or theoretical AI understanding
  • No experience with on-prem/hybrid AI deployments, which are essential here

If you haven't designed and deployed GenAI systems into production, fully integrated with enterprise platforms — please refrain from applying.

Who Should Apply

  • Have led end-to-end GenAI/LLM solution delivery in live enterprise environments
  • Understand how to architect and integrate AI with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
  • Can work hands-on with RAG pipelines, LangChain, vector databases, and cloud/on-prem hybrid deployments
  • Are able to translate complex AI capabilities into scalable, secure business solutions

What You'll Own and Drive

  • Design and deliver GenAI architectures integrated with ERP, MDM, and supply chain systems
  • Lead the full AI lifecycle: data engineering → model building → deployment → monitoring
  • Build and manage production-grade RAG systems, agentic frameworks, and semantic search tools
  • Align with IT, data science, and business teams for implementation and enterprise-wide adoption
  • Ensure AI solutions are governed, secure, and scalable across cloud and hybrid environments

What We're Looking For

  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience deploying at least one GenAI/LLM system into production
  • Strong understanding of LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone)
  • Proven track record integrating AI with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
  • Experience with cloud AI stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem/hybrid setups
  • Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance in enterprise settings
